Ioka Valley Farm
Serves 4
1 cup amber maple syrup (or desired grade)
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 5 lemons)
6 cups water
- In a half-gallon pitcher or Mason jar, combine the maple syrup and lemon juice. Add the water, stirring until the syrup is fully dissolved.
